Development and Language

Researchers are actively investigating a range of topics relating to how children’s thinking, language and social skills develop. We are engaged in interdisciplinary research on how language impacts on human nature and, particularly, on early development. Also, significant advances have been made by our research team in the fields of gesture research, bullying and the impact of television advertising on children.
